Ontario’s Home Renovation Savings Program

$100 rebate for each ENERGY STAR® certified window or door (opening), applicable to both double- and triple-pane windows. Note: Replacing existing ENERGY STAR-certified models does not qualify.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 windows, 1 door, or 1 sliding door to qualify.

 Home Energy Assessment:

• Up to $600 for a mandatory home energy assessment, reimbursed after the final audit.

Qualification:

• Only Enbridge Natural Gas customers and homes with electric heating systems connected to the Ontario grid qualify.
• Homeowners must complete at least two upgrades, such as insulation, windows/doors, air sealing, and hot water heat pumps.

Canada Greener Homes Loan

• Homeowners can combine the rebate with the Canada Greener Homes Loan, which offers up to $40,000 in interest-free financing for energy-efficient upgrades, repayable over 10 years.

Important Note

• Ensure all ENERGY STAR stickers remain on the windows or doors until the homeowner’s final audit is complete to validate the rebate.
